January 6, 2012- Prepairing dat Beef Tapa

Preparing for a Filipino style breakfast tomorrow. Home made Beef Tapa, cut by yours truly. Trimmed most of the fat out, leaving behind all that good protein. Can't wait for tomorrow morning.

My abs are in pain, that's all I know.

January 5, 2012- Shoppin' @ the 'Frills

Shoppin' at No Frills and picking some healthy food choices. Just a few things because we already have a bunch of good stuff at home. Those are my Converse shoes from the September, 2011 California trip. They're my all-purpose shoes.

On a side not, I did my random act of kindness for today. It was rather uncommon. Anyways, I found a brand-new looking iPhone 4S. Naturally a myriad of emotions and thoughts ran through my head but I ultimately made the Good Samaritan move and reported it to the staff. It felt good.

That was the second time I found a touch screen Apple device, both of which I reported lost for.

Hit the mats!

One of the biggest killers in present time is heart disease/obesity. There is no magical drug you can take to get rid of it. The answer is simple and it causes one to feel a sense of perplexity as to why so many of us quit so fast. Eat healthy and exercise.

3 days into the New Year and so far I've been good on most of my goals....save for a few. What a way to start 2012, right?
