January 12, 2012- Grocery shopping @ Wal-Mart



The quest to get healthy rages on.

Among the items here are frozen haddock, romain lettuce, egg plant, fat-free cheese slices, Oasis juice of a variety of flavours, lemons etc.

Total fat content: 1 Gram

    i drink the same brand of instant coffee. would prefer it brewed with a coffee maker, but we don't gots one...

    The coffee's not really for me. I don't drink caffeine.
